Your job is secured and as a graduate hire you get to move to different teams/roles. Work life balance is ensured and given importance also.

Dislikes

Learning curve is quite straight and there is no place for appreciation for all the hard work put. Appraisals are low compared to market standards and the HR and payroll teams are quite unresponsive. The rotations promised for graduate hires are applicable to people working from few locations only.

Although its an MNC, there is a clear racism between other employees outside India and for indians, all the managers are from other countries and the below employees are from India, indians are forced to come to office all 5 days, whereas offshore teams and working from home all week. - No work from home policy, they snatched it in just a single mail stating they want to develop "ION Culture" which no one knows what exactly it is. - Higher management doesn't trust their employees at all, specially INDIAN higher management, the director acts more like a dictator (SC). He thinks if someone is working from home, then its equal to they are on leave and he forgot during COVID time, the same employees made the company profitable. - No bonus and hike given in 2024, and when it was asked from CEO, he literally gave non sense answers to cover it. - No equal opportunity, if you're good in office politics and good at roaming around your manager / HRs / upper management, then you'll grow here....Read More

No one working experience I want like .ther is no one safety officer in the company.no yearly increment in this company after 3 years they should be paid Sume 700₹ in increment and and asking to reason unless increment company paid to company said company are making loss

Different rules for people wprking from India and other counteries. Indians are asked to work from office 5 day a week where teams based outside of India are working from home all week. There is a strict work timing like it is some service based company. Poor perks
