Worked as a service engineer , it's was a pleasure being a part of Ion Exchange get to know about ion Exchange resin and products , moving around to full fill the needful of costumers . Great team for a support of technical support . Happy being a part of Ion Exchange

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours.i do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisal.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after all service and OTS work . Traveling from place to place. Working hard with monthly AMC.
