Currently recruited as a business development executive but my salary was not given for 8 days which I worked as you know in sales you have to spend a lot of money in travelling and those claim amount also is not getting cleared currently. Very non cooperative employees everyone is a cheater since they made it as a habit to cheat since they are trained for it, to cheat people and sell there products don't even consider ion exchange as a big company they are a big company with small companies mind set. The best part was getting a best manager . My manager was awesome .. the way he used to teach .. my area sales manager was really help full. He used to guide as well ... i really loved working there .

Only one word - bloodsuckers. The management treats employees as mules. Top management takes all the credit and increment. The middle and junior management gets peanuts. Account doesn't pay suppliers in time and when the material gets delayed, the blame is on the manager. Never join this pathetic organisation

1) No appreciation of good work like promotion, better increment etc. 2) No future growth vision of company. Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.
