Their business is good and can progress a lot more but they really need to work on their working environment.

Dislikes

Team mates are fine but chances of communication gap would always be there. You can lose your temper easily in such a environment where people are unorganised with each other.

Work Details

My Experience was definitely not good. I left the company after 10 days because people used to play blame games.I literally had no time for such things. one always delegated me the task and another one refused to have allocated the same.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The only thing I liked about this consultancy is the job security because no one joins it so the manager won't fire you in any situation. Always there are only two-three employees. You get salary on time.

Dislikes

You get to work for only 2-3 clients that too for BFSI domain only. Learning is very limited. Culture is pathetic. The manager makes pathetic excuses to not pay your incentives which he promises during the interview.I don't know why it's running. It should be shut off immediately.
