Working culture I don't like there's no proper strategy, they just follow simple pattern made by TL s, using bad word's TL to there juniors. It's very disgusting, company in such a good level in the Industry should have some standard, which not there, 3rd class standard, made by Team Leader's in the organization, TL s OK only know how to dominate Junior's, they don't have proper strategy to work in a proper way.
