Varun Gupta, the owner micro-manages everyone & is very great at showoff. No proper working system. All the Sales Staff is from last 1 month. Why? For a Company running from 10+ years, why is there no old employee, you can imagine how worse the Company would be. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
