Management team is not at all agile. Just interested in gossip No accountability at all. It was good this 2 years ago, especially in GBS, but culture is downgrading. There a lot of pay disparity. No market correction provided for existing employees. On the contrary all cost saving is done by reducing incentives and facilities provided like no annual gifts.
