1. No Maternity Benefits, No POSH Committee hearings, Mistreat Pregnant woman, gender biased. 2. No fulfilment of statutory guidelines and Law. No Variable salary is a FALSE Promise. NO HR POLICY. 3. People terminated for being Pregnant as well as treated very badly with comments on regular basis and Faulty leave policy may lead U to end up in Hospitalisation still they don't care. They will take U to the level where U quit so much work pressure. They will make You feel Hell on Earth, the moment U disclose U r pregnant. 4. People fired for asking questions, entire Finance Team was fired before my hiring for Working on Ethical Standards and Statutory Laws rather than on their wishes. 4.
