Terrible at paying salaries on time. There's no time n the delays can be more than 3months post which u get only partly paid. HR never replies to your concerns. Pf is not credited. Any policies can change by only verbal intimation vai subordinates. Poor leadership values. Lot of groupism at University level, managers have no manners to speak. Thoroughly unprofessional.

I didn't like anything, even I get frustrated working here, due to the delay and holding of our salary, The Management didnt support their employees

Some Locations are very poor like Jaipur, Bangalore. Teaching Load is high 4 to 5 Subjects you have to take. (Like : Subject 1 = 3 hr + Subject 2 = 3 hr + Lab 2 Hr + Subject 3 = 3 hr + Subject 4 = 3hr + Lab 2 hr + Subject 5 =3 hr) = 19 hrs , Because class are small size . Subjects are different from the regular subjects so it is difficult to prepare 4 to 5 different subjects + Additional work. Some location is good, where a small number of programs are there but job security is a problem. So choice is yours...Read More

Lots of things 1. No fixed date for salary.and they generally give your salary in parts.never credit complete salary 2. Worst Administration and Vertical Heads.They just forced you for lots of things,but never address employees issues. 3. Partner universities are worst and they again pressurised you.it means you will tensions from both the sides.
