its been decade of working with intex and i feel that there can be no better place to work at the top management is fully transparent and everything is shared with every employee. the sales department for the consumer durables division is a fast paced environment. but every employee respect the space the space for their co-workers and helps, whenever possible.

No job security, culture like you are working in a Lala's Shop. When there sales increase they start hiring employees, and when it start little decrease, cmd comes in the morning and start saying that i don't need employees, start laying off.

Don't join in accounts, u can't leave office before 8Pm and no flexible hours, you have to come office as per time policy even you leave office at 11:00pm.
