Third class company, HR manager Swati Karadkar thinks she has purchased employees and try to treat like school teacher. In actual she doesn't understand IT and IT function. Cheap policy, no employee wellness thought, irrational answers if any questions come. Don't join the company, take offer from this fools and run away.

No proper facilities Another aircondition Cyberface Security guard stops AC at 12:30 and starts and 2;00pm till the time you should enjoy the heat. If you seat after 7:30 AC will be shutdown. Administrator and HR executive are jockers You have to wash your dish, cup, spoon as company can't afford house keeping.

I didn't like anything about this workplace. It was the worst experience.

Poor Pay and Uncaring Management. The work environment was horrible because the work stress was way higher than the terrible pay they offered. The management didn't care for anyone. Their arrogant attitude prevented them from ever thinking of the employees. I was not sure why anyone would like to stick here. Avoid at all costs. BEWARE!

Whether civil engineers enjoy a good work-life balance is not a straightforward question.
