The salary part is the worst part of the company. After 2012-2013 the management people started to comparing Noida as their best location with respect to Kolkata. That's why with a meaningless logic they provide less salary to the Kolkata employees. 1.If you have good buttering skills then you can join here. 2.Too much office politics. Only PNPC. 3.If you want to spoil your career then join or if you have no other offer then join otherwise don't join .That is my recommendations. 4.No proper HR policies they follow. If you reach out to HR with your problems, you even don't know when they fire you with out any reasons.
