Worst treatment by seniors in dry desk especially. I would suggest if you r getting opportunities in Port Agency dry don't do it be jobless but dont join. Worst seniors worst work-culture & worst attitude. Total toxic environment in dry desk - Agency department

They do a good business and a market leader in ship brokering. Good people in HRD whom they assist during onboarding and interview process but later never expect the same. Unnecessary stupid meetings they conduct regularly but ultimately HOD decides on and utter waste of time. The support staff like IT, Admin etc are very supportive. 1. No career growth and 4 long years of employment contract (which the HRD use as a leverage if once give resignation) 2.
