Interaction with a wide range of industries, great exposure. The level of autonomy that is given along with the responsibility, if you do the job well. Managers and heads of committee's often travel for work related meetings and programs.

Dislikes

The autonomy that is given to the employees to get the work done in their own way, sometimes means there is no fixed structure, this can be confusing and hard to follow for freshers.

There is nothing to like about this organization.

No job security, seniors will only try to insult you and degrade you despite of someone who's working hard. They lay off people after they no longer require a candidate after certain event. Saturday and sunday are also working on event days. Managers will forcefully ask you to put resignation after they no longer require you. There a re no defined work timings and they will make you work beyond 10 in the night also. Managers are not supportive and leaders are just worst. Work is not as per JD and they'll expect you to work in all aspects. If you don't want mental peace then this is the company you should work for couple of months as they will traumatize you so much that you eventually will resign....Read More
