International Paper was a hope but they are leaving IPs culture is quite good but IP is jus for the sake of name Some leaders are really good

Dislikes

Everything about APPM is problematic Be it systems, culture etc Previous CEO was vindictive HR director was a scammer with some seriously problematic history, thankfully he was asked to leave

I has been a good journey with ipappm. In ip we will learn much more knowledge on the technical skills as well as leadership skills. It is a big platform where a person can show his ability to grow up.

In annual outage planning flexibility for adding the jobs which leading to comprise on quality.

I am aplanning manager in powerblock. I have to coordinator between the frontline leaders and managers and other service department for execution of work with in the planned and schedule time. I am the so coordinator for the annual outage.
