It is the place you can grow your self with bunch of opportunities. But thing is you have to prove yourself you are the capable in the job role. You will get travel , salary/ appraisal and leave benefits as per policy. More than if your performance well in the role you will get appreciation from Comanay Chairman and MD. International Paper was a hope but they are leaving IPs culture is quite good but IP is jus for the sake of name Some leaders are really good

Dislikes

Everything about APPM is problematic Be it systems, culture etc Previous CEO was vindictive HR director was a scammer with some seriously problematic history, thankfully he was asked to leave

I completed my diploma trainee in international paper mills.The company having latest technology hence iam trainee in electrical department maintenance work.i experienced in how to maintain the transformers and motor and dol starter and star and Delta starter.Now iam working in electrical engineer in 132 kv sub station at VBC FERRO ALLOYS Ltd.

There is no on job trainee for fresher's so my training completed after I choose another company

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
