Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. The focus on rescuing victims of human trafficking and providing justice to them by nailing down the preprators. The staff of IJM is very nice and understanding. There is a very good bond between the team mates. I personally feel it's a very superb place to work within IJM. Specially the structural transformation is the best practices followed by the entire IJM staff.

There are some differences regarding solving cases between different departments. But I firmly believe it's ok cause we all as humans have differences and that it can be solved within. Above all leaving every differences we as IJM have achieved in creating an impact on the society.
