The institute has good working nature, it gives opportunities to research and facultative cooperation, seniors help in develop skills and knowledge individually. The working with high qualified faculty and resource persons give a satisfiable work place to AGR I graduates. Since an international institute it will never entertain aspects like politics. There is lot of space for Learning. Teammates are very good, time to time training will add good knowledge. Institute works with Govt (Like Boo chetana) projects is not good because gGOVT officials make us attenders even we or scientific "Officers"... Other than this work collaboration with NGOs is good. Nothing more being an research institute I think it should never take project like BhooChetana in Karnataka...(Its my personal opinion)...Read More
