The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is poor & growth is slow.The work pressur is very high.Hr Managers do not value including HO Laval and project coordinator.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
