The environment there was friendly, the learning outcome is good as I was in Engine Test Cell Dept. I got to work with various R&D teams of different companies. So you tend to learn a lot.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is somewhat confusing. You wont be able to distinguish the people on the basis of their post. Being a test engineer is boring task as you have to sit in front of a computer screen whole day and observe whats happening.

I was a summer intern at ICAT. I was employed in the engine test cell department. My job was to learn the role of both a test engineer and a development engineer. I learnt and performed the type approval and development trials.
