Job security, That's it, nothing else. That too because they are always in need of staff because experienced ones are always leaving.

Well there is a lot of politics, but that's common nowadays. Salary is decent but they make you work way more than that. Timing is a big issue as sometimes you will have to work for 15 hours straight. And no-one even acknowledges you for that. You will be told to extend shift every now and then. And saying no means you are in their bad graces and you don't want that unless you want to be a target. If there comes a complaint against you, no-one is going to believe your scenario, because for them, customer is always right. Career growth is directly proportional to your compatibility with your seniors. So if you are in dire need of money, please go ahead and join, because as i said before, salary is decent.
