Hr rule, notice period 3 months - you can't take even sick leave medical emergency, increment cycle is very slow from this year increment is less than inflation, no mid layer hod involvement management will directly call and ask or even they can threat you to fire if not satisfied, job security issue, no work from home, 3 days working mandatory otherwise weekend salary will also deducted even you applied leave 3 days present mandatory .
