Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company is good for appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year .

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the begging as there was no formal training session.i learnt every thing on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple htas and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team .

This is my first job with Intercraft Trading Pvt Ltd. This company is very special for me.

I don't know about appraisal standard in my ex organization but who buttering and all and they get appraisal over his/her capcity. And things, we did not get appraisal more than 2 year ( 2020, to 2022) and no promotion till my last working day.
