The money is good, but decisions on policies and departmental actions are taken on the whims and fancies of a select few egoistical individuals.

No job security for a job that doesn't do much. Absence of a crucial department called HR..well there are some who are supposedly from HR, but they act like puppets in the hands of a select few egoistical individuals.

Lot of internal politics, they only promote and give recognition to boss's favourite person, the boss and the head boss have something going go . Very bad environment to work in. No job security. Since I joined they have Layed of 60% of the team.

Company pays you well as a fresher. You don’t need to work overtime. Log in on time and logout on time and no one is going to judge you for that.

Dislikes

As general client service associate you need to be on calls for 7hours. Two person from same team cannot take breaks at the same time. It’s just very frustration you cannot take part in any office functions as it would reduce your call hours and would impact your performance. Basically it’s a not worth being in general team.
