I have been working in Intelux since august 2015 at field department Kerala circle. About 24 of employees works all over the Kerala in varies districts. There is total eight month of probation period and company fixed a one month notice period. Officially there is no bond or agreements but they wishes every new coming staffs should serve at least one year for company. The provide 20 days of on site training on different panels,after that they they will provide periodic training programs at their gust house.No one won't need to bother about job security.There is no job security problems still now. The field service job at intelux will make a strong technical knowledge in industrial power systems to you ,which will helps you to gain a better career in future. At intelux we will get extra times to study and learn things that what about we need in future. Work environment is better at intelux compared to other field jobs,but there is some problems in work, that is usually for field jobs...Read More

Employees should maintain there region better and should keep low complaint rate,but some times we have to go to near by districts and need to keep sites in that region also.In such situation we didn't get much more time to do a qualified servicing.20 days of initial training always won't work ,so we have to learn more about through phone from experienced employees.
