Compensation and growth is very good .I have to work 12-14 hrs in a day as I have to deal with the Clint calls also .The senior are good and they value their staff .Also there is on job training for new comers .

It’s great working with the company and my work is challenging as I have to look after entire recruitment process as well sometimes Clint calls also . Overall company culture is good .

Dislikes

Work pressure is alwsys common to every company. Have gone under this situation but supporting staff made it easy .
