1. About future career/growth; This company is seriously very bad for your future career. If you are thinking that you will join this company just to gain experience and then you will switch within a year, then let me give you a heads up, It will not be beneficial for you as this company has a really bad reputation in the market be cause of their unethical practices. If you mention somewhere that you worked at Intellipaat they will either not shortlist you or give you will be given less preference. After working for one or two years, again you will have to apply as a fresher to get worthy opportunities. 2. About Salary and Incentives: If you are joining this company then be prepared to lose your hard-earned salary, your "FIXED SALARY", as a deduction without any specific or written reason. After the complete month when it's time to receive your salary, HR/Manager will say that your work for the month was not "JUSTIFIED" and that is why they are deducting 3 days or 1 week's salary. Yes, it is unethical but that is how this company runs. When it comes to incentives, do not expect to receive them at all. You will have to update your incentivized work literally at 6-7 forms and sheets and if you miss even one form, they will not consider your incentives. They will find every opportunity possible to not give you your incentive. There are people in the company who have not received their due incentives for 3-4 months<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. So if there is any variable pay mentioned in your offer letter, do not consider that amount as you will almost never receive it</mark>. FOR LPU (Lovely Profession University) STUDENTS: They hire a lot of people from LPU so if you are from LPU be especially aware of them. LPU placement committee knows all of these unethical practices but still works with them just to show better placement results. So as your big brother, I am advising you, DO NOT JOIN INTELLIPAAT. Ask your seniors to double-check. Intellipaat used to do the same practices at CU (Chandigarh University) and so CU has block-listed them. Don't make up your mind just by reading this one review. Please go through all the reviews, you will get these repetitive complaints in all the reviews (other than those reviews that Intellipaat writes itself to better its rating on Glassdoor-like platforms) It's my honest suggestion that it's better to wait for a few months for other opportunities rather than wasting your 1-2 years in this company...Read More
