1. Over processed work culture sometimes but not very much of a trouble. One may end up posting / sending same stuff to many places / people for a single task or approval. 2. There is a group X in employees that is in immense need to learn office behavior, positive work attitude, cooperative authority and respecting other people. Over interactions with them may result in physical hostility, blame games or back biting. You loose 99 times out of 100 times to them, either avoid them or Stay Highly Cautions with them. 3. Senior technical management that holds 99% of the project business rules / details etc. works remotely. Resulting in lazy communication and delays in work. 4. Lump sump deadlines for projects and no dedicated process for freezing requirements during development phase. 5. Lack of documented requirements and business rules for projects. 6.
