Working at this organization has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The management is disorganized and provides little to no support, making it nearly impossible to succeed in your role. There is a lack of communication, and decisions are often made without any consideration for employee input or feedback. The work culture is toxic, with favoritism and nepotism running rampant, which creates a highly demotivating environment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
