If you are joining as fresher you can learn the functionality about banking,Good team members and good environment. If you have dependency you have job security else not.

Dislikes

Concerns 1 No worklife balance, you have to forgot about your family. 2 No other benefits even you work late, weekends, or even during WFH 3 Even your Package may be high but you will get very less take home. Detections are higher. 4 No advance technologies. 5 No flexible timings you have to swipe by 9.30 sharpe otherwise leaves will be detected, and fixed dress code. 6. EL cannot be surrendered. 7 Notice period of 90 days and mandatorly to served. Based on some projects will be relived early....Read More

With the product being in budding stage when I joined, I got to work on it from scratch. This has helped understanding the core of a investment banking software. The things I really liked in my 5 years is that there are so many learning opportunities in the organisation for both technical and non technical. The management (Hyderabad) is supportive and encouraging. The job security is also something we can put in positives as I have never seen anybody getting fired or layed off just without any reason.

Dislikes

The work life balance and culture are thumbs down for me. Nobody knows how to have fun here. Really less activities here. Even if there is, the management is never interested. Only rare outings with the team are organized. The office space in Hyderabad also not really good. There is just a 25'x25' room in the name of recreation space. No proper cafeteria....Read More
