You can learn at your own pace. That's the best thing about Intellect . I joined as a fresher and I was never imposed deadlines till I got used to the work. Very good opportunity for freshers who needs to sit back and take some time to adjust before kicking off.

Dislikes

the company has a strict adherence to retain teams. Once you're assigned to a team or technology , its pretty hard(most cases impossible) to move to a different stream. You literally have to fight with your manager, if you wish to work in a new or different technology

Basically Programming. Began my career with some shell scripting , moved to J2EE and then Canvas(Intellect's framework for Hybrid apps)
