The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Sometimes work pressure is high, We have to attend the Client Calls and work in the mid night this is some times happened in the work environment. The Work Life balance is good, Team mates are good to cooperation of the work.

No job security, No one to guide if one get stuck regarding any work issue. Seniors are always blaming. No jobs regarding job role, random works assigned. Salary never on time, no pay slip provided. Even HR is like terrible,also HR behaviour is not good for employees they always blaming also Management is worst No salary fixed time always delayed salary

It may sound bias, but no it is not at all. I joined Intelgic in the month of February 2022. I felt safe on the first day itself with the on-boarding experience. Colleagues, Juniors, Seniors & even the Company Owner greeted me with open arms. Slowly i started learning about the work culture, it is rather a family more than Office. New things to learn good company for fresher. Flexible working hours. Salary on time. The work environment is very good. The office culture is very good, Employees are very helpful.

Micromanagement. Work Pressure. The salary of a fresher should be increased. Should provide a laptop with internet allowance. Should Provide LTA. Leave is only 15 days. That should be more.
