Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. The company is working as a manpower provider for the project. Currently engage with the project of NRC. I love the fact that I am also the part of that project as circle supervisor. But the job satisfaction and job security is very poor.

Dislikes

Working with this company is very joyful. The other staff is also very helpful and friendly specially in this project. But career growth is not happening. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as per work load during pick time of the work. Salary regularity also another drawback of the company. Salary is not credited monthly.
