The company is always updated with new technologies. I was a part of Executive Account management,. I enjoyed working there, staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and co operative. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
