Lot to learn, lively environment, timely salary, Very good brand name and image

Dislikes

Lil internal politics, No HR policies. Career growth is slow. No orientation programs for new joinees.

Staff is very cooperative, salary on time

Dislikes

There is no HR policies, lots of internal politics, there are so many relatives of owner, if anyone wants to do something conspiracy will be started to pull it back of that person. There is office timing, according to owner you are 24x7 employee, we can call you anytime. Job security 0%. University are running on owner's mood, no extra benifits like medical cover, no compensatary leave, increment is also depends on owner's mood....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
