Likes

Some good processes, not too many like training's, outings, run on the whim of the CEO that time and major favoritism, though work environment was mostly fine, friends employed and pretending to be professional

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Too much favouritism and also an extent of dumbing down by the head Many a time way too ad-hoc in terms of processes n people

Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Ho hum and usual.. At times fun

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
