I was joined as a fresher in July18.. I am gaining to much knowledge in this two years.. Also having 100%job security. And appraisal is also good.. Career growth for freshers is more as compare to others. Good environment for working..

No any dislikes about intas pharma. Only travelling problem in summer due to hot climate.

Working with the team spirit and withe advance technology and E-Bpcr is awesome.

Dislikes

Overtime is not productive either for company or officer,because pay 40rs/hr Is very very low against the higher workload . secondly, the manager force the officer to do overtime, even officer are not willing to do overtime.
