compared to other bio-pharmaceutical provide good opportunity to freshers, work culture is good, and good learning opportunities, i had good mentor so things were also more smooth.

there should be 5 working days, any ways we had to come for work durig weekends some time, but officially it should be 5 days of working; Need improvement in their bus services it should be AC bus, hot city like Ahmadabad need that.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
