I have a series of things which I dislike about this organisation: 1. No job security 2. Low wages 3. No flow of information 4. Dictatorial Format of Management

Its only good for freshers who come for preparing for govt jobs. Or anyone who has boundations of not moving out.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
