Too many hicups in the system. No increments, no promotions last year and looks same this year. Employees too are facing difficulties in getting any issue resolved. Now there is no job security, it was there earlier. Skill Development/ Learning is just a part of HR deck. Practically nothing is there.

While my experience at Instamojo has been largely positive, one challenge I encountered was related to the fast-paced environment and evolving priorities. At times, it meant shifting focus quickly to address urgent issues, which could delay longer-term projects.
