I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

3rd class company to work with, I never received my salary on time. Sometimes it took 2 months to clear my salary and forgot about your incentives My incentives are still pending with them.
