Dislikes

Strict in office hours timing. They force you to take leave if requesting for work from home. Not a place to expect promotion if you are not good at self marketing. Promotes competition between teammates for hike. Dirty office politics.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
