No management,no personal life, Salary has no fixed date,can be delayed till 25 /27 th of the month

Work Details

It was a bad experience,due to the COVID situation people were suffering in the office but we're helpless. No one to go and address your issues

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Over all its good to work with this company.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
