Just one thing I am not feeling good, that is increment I have received only 10 to 12 % per annum, I accpected minimum 15% per annum.

If you have zero talent still this company don't terminate you . You'll get fixed salary every month on fixed date .

1. No food in company ( depends on how was your HR and plant manager ) 2. No accomodation (atleast they need to give for bachelors ) 3. Fake promises 4. If you complaint about any senior nobody takes action. 5. Not good for graduate engineer trainee. 6. No respect for shift (operation) employee 7. No flag hoisting on independence day or republic day. No other celebration at all.

Not like working here. It's not good for a safety professional. Safety officer here just for compliance.

No promotion policy are here. If you are working as a safety professional than you face 💯 compramise system. But if any incidents happening you are responsible for all. They are not giving chance to show your privious mails or efforts to show that you already highlighted the same multiple times. They are believe in one man army. No work life balance here.
