There us nothing to like about this place.

They will make you sign a bond even though you are experienced person. Treat people nice till the probation is over and after that they’ll start to harass employee mentally. Worst place to work with. CEO ruhi has attitude like if she is paying you that means she owns you. Recently she has started new policy of not taking tea breaks.Apparently people can’t use their mobile as well. I was there for the interview cleared all rounds the Hr said there will be second round of interview for that will call you but they never call you for second round they just conduct interview to waste the time of the candidate nothing else if you don't have vacancy why are you taking interview and wasting time of the candidate. I will recommend you to Not go for interview in this company

Inogic Possesses a highly supportive and dedicated workforce. Employees at the grass level are very friendly and highly committed towards work. Good Learning ,Pay is decent and best in the industry ,Next level increments , Tech stack is latest, Supportive HR management and well skilled and talented hiring people

Inogic is Company with potential but i have noticed that workload can be quite demanding , often requiring high level of commitment. while i am dedicated to contributing my best. I believe that more balanced workload would lead to increased productivity and employee well being
