Co-workers are very young and they come with lots of energy to work on the company. Like about their ambition and commitment towards work. The senior employees are also the inspiration, despite Ill treated and with less promotional opportunities they keep the clients happy and build good report about the company.

Dislikes

The work culture and employee benefits are the most disrespectful. Employees are not even permitted to WFH when they are sick. Even for personal leaves employee has to submit proof of leave. Rewards and recognition are purely rational decision. Deserved are not considered atleast for the R&R. Promotion and appraisal are least expected. The probation period is for 6 months .i.e., half of the year the employee has to work for the same probationary salary and after the probation the discussed salary is not rewarded. If the employee asks for a discussion, the HR will ask for a written document to prove the point. But at the time of joining they will delay to provide this written document on purpose. Although the employee cannot haunt HR for the document because He/She will be busy in training. This system of delaying has to be faced by all the employees. The PF is not provided properly.
