Good working environment. Teammates are supportive. A place to improve good knowledge in Revit software. They work on both Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM Projects. Salaries will be processed on time. They give hikes.

Dislikes

Every BIM Modeller should know modelling in both Arch and Mep.

Work Details

Iam working here as a Team Lead. I assign a work targets for employees and make projects to complete on time, I will do file conversions and I feel free to clarify doubts.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
