Promotions and hike system is inconsistent and overall poor. Management can be tough. Very low flexibility in terms of Work/Life balance You either have no work or all the work in the world, managers play favorites a lot. Systems are all over the place, actions taken by upper management might not make sense at times and you get bogus requirements if you are in that kind of team. Work life balance use to be good. But now with complete hand of operation to Indian management. That only good point is also not there

Indian Management is way worst here, they work very unethically. You can see proper politics and favouritism. Hike is also very less. And management will say something and do something else. There no transparency. They are working on old technology and design so there will be no beneficial learning curve.

The hunger to bring in their "favorable" people has led the management to resort to unethical practices that are not only destroying careers but also dismantling the integrity of the entire organization. I’m not talking about isolated incidents—this is systemic. The main culprits behind this fiasco are individuals like Pallabi, Anurag, Arun Chopra, and Sandeep Dwivedi. These so-called "veterans" of the industry are leading this witch hunt, slandering existing employees with false allegations and assigning absurd, unattainable KRAs designed to make us fail. When questioned about these KRAs, there’s no logic or accountability—just silence or vague responses. These people are running the company into the ground, ruining lives, and no one at Amadeus, a global organization of 20,000 employees, seems to care. It’s shocking that while these fraudulent actions are destroying people’s livelihoods, the organization turns a blind eye. The higher-ups are more interested in praising the very individuals who are orchestrating this mess, rather than addressing the unethical behaviors that are rampant. The culture here has devolved into one where genuine talent is being kicked out for the sake of bringing in cronies and favorites, all under the guise of performance management. What’s worse is the company’s complete lack of interest in addressing these concerns. HR is a joke, and anyone who dares speak up is met with more intimidation and hostility. Though depends on individuals, teams and managers, there is enough potential to learn and contribute. Tons of interesting work is happening on technology, cloud, ml.

Leadership level a lot of things can be improved. Though there are great leaders who made the company what it is, unless there is a freshness of leadership, we won’t be able to take the company to the next level. E.g. there is a need to diversify, pivot the business. Thinking of B2C, encashing data, making solutions more open and lean etc.
