No pressure as stocks are mostly short.

Dislikes

Sales should be achieved even though stocks are short. Time delivery to distributors never expect. No support on freezers in market. All the stocks need to be put In outlet owned freezers. Expenses never on time and salary by 5 to 7th. No motivation to team. Hardly people stay in North for 1.5 years ....

Based on your regular performance in terms of delivery if Sales numbers, Key account management and new account acquisition your job is secured, the higher management takes keen interest in the welfare / requirements down the line managers, your voice is heard. Company is professional in its approach to its employees. They do their best to resolve employee issues.

Dislikes

The time taken for action / implementation of sales strategy is rather long. Introduction of new ideas etc takes time. Time in transit for stocks to reach North is fairly high.

Work Details

In Sales like in most organization there are requirements to work on Holidays which is same here in Innovative foods ! You get chances to do things differently, you have multiple roles to play and perform. It depends on individual how he manages both ?!
