It was a good team. I learn a lot, and environment was very good the staff was good But there is no security for job company took forcefully resignation from staff.. everything was perfect only the management was not good.. thank for giving me chance I would like to join again if I get a chance.. thank you.. thanks to innovation direct employment services LLC for give a chance..

The managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. They think we are not human being are a machine pressuring everytime .. from my point of you if you look after the staff, they will work for you and will give their best for company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
